Canopy Terminal

A transit interchange that behaves like a park. The visualisation had to sell shade — an abstract quality, difficult to photograph — so we built the frames around the temperature difference: hot city in the apertures, cool green under the canopy.

Eighteen thousand instanced plants, all of them species that actually grow at 1,500 m. The landscape architect audited the render like a planting schedule.
